Hi Pari,

Doesn't matter, as long as it is all clear and easy to read I don't think they will care at all smile.gif

I had a question about the ds-230 as well.. in it says:

25. List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States. (If never, write "never") Give type of visa status, if known. Give DHS "A"
number if any.

I've only gone to the USA to visit my fiance and each of those times, it was shorter than a month. Im a canadian.. so im guessing under the part where it says "Type of Visa" can i put "UNKNOWN" ... and the "A" No. part.. can i put "UNKNOWN" as well?

You don't have an "A" number, so put None.
If you entered through the visa waiver program, state VWP.

Canadians are almost always B2 visas(tourist), though this is really a relaxed requirement. If you put UNKNOWN you should be fine or if you don't know just leave it blank since the form tells you type of visa if known. (CIBC? laughing.gif )

We put n/a for visa type and n/a for A number.

I do have a CIBC visa though smile.gif

I wrote B2 for the Visa part and N/A for the A#.

I would say put "N/A" for visa type as well. Canadians do not need a visa to enter the U.S. to visit.
