im feeling sad today 7 months of AP and no end in sitght, somtimes it hard to wake up and just be ok.. I am trying sooo hard to stay positive, be strong and not lose hope, I know our time must come. I know there are many on here who can relate and I am not the only one, your all in my thoughts.

It was a year ago my husband received his K1. When we were about where you are now I called DOS and was told since more then 6 months had passed they could do an inquiry. I had someone from DOS actually take our case and monitor it, allowing me to email her as I needed and sending me regular updates. Just food for thought. It could help or it could make you nuts. It did both for me. Good luck. It will come to a conclusion.

I will keep you in my daily dua's. I would take Jean's suggestion though and see about starting an inquiry. I didn't know you could do that after 6 months. I think the holiday season is magnifying our pain, you know? I am just shutting my eyes and plowing through it all until Jan 2 comes and we're all back to normal. I hope your doggie feels better soon too. Too much on your plate right now so give it all up to God.

Good news about my dog - the steriod treatment was a miracle!!!!! shes walking and almost better - at 5 this morning she was almost lifeless - diagnosis steroid reponsivemeningits a auto-immune disease im hopeful know its for sure with treatment she can overcome it ....
About DOS I have requested a inqury many times sincww we hit 6 months, but I am always told there is nothing to be done but wait and nothing they can do

Annie i understand how you feel this process is designated for people who are really meant to be with there so's, and who are strong that's for sure you are one of those people you will get through this but i do know how you feel. Stay strong and hang in there you will see your day will come and all of us waiting lets hope this will be the last Holiday's without our loved one. " This too shall pass"
