My husband is here on a K3 Visa. He arrived in April of 2007. We applied for Adjustment of Status and Employment Authorization at the same time...in July. We have been thru Biometrics for both and he has been for the physical for his change of status. We have mailed the last piece to immigration this week (physical and copies of tax forms)...how much longer can we expect to wait, expecially to work....he is going a little stir crazy...and will my husband have to go for another interview before his AOS is approved?

EAD can take 90 days or more to get.

AOS interview, some do and others do not interview for AOS, depends on if NBC sends case to CSC or your local office, and if at CSC and they decide no interview needed.
