I just got married in USA to an american citizen and will be filling I-130, I-485 , now I am a RN and need to work, In filling EAD do I need an employer to sponsor? Thanks for any help

You can not take up employment until you have been approved for the EAD that you file for along with your AOS... it takes about 90 days+ to get the EAD then you will need to apply for a SSN... that will take about 2 weeks or longer to get...

Until then you are not authorized to work...

Your wife is your sponsor, so you do not need an employer sponsor. You can work only after getting EAD.

This is one of the reasons to decide between-CR-1/IR-1 visa or K-3. K-3 needs EAD to work, CR-1/IR-1 results in green-card upon entry and can immediately work.

CR-1/IR-1 takes not much longer to get from the Embassy in London verses the K-3, and costs less when considering adjustment of status from K-3 to green-card ($1010)

Also if you have K-3 as your profile indicates, why are you filing I-130?
