I was just checking the latest fees I have to send with my applications. And on the gov website it says "$455. There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen or wife." Can someone translate to me? If you are petitioning for K-3 Visa (which I am) I dont have to pay? I am confused, someone help!!

If you've paid the fee for and filed an I-130 and are using the I-129F to petition for a K3 visa, there is no fee for the I-129F.

You are not sending an application. You are sending a petition, which, when approved will allow your spouse to apply for a visa. Your spouse fills out a visa application. Yours is a petition.
