We finally got our visa, 1030am today, Tueday local time in Manila. We dont have to reschedule our flight, so my fiance will arrive POE LAX this Friday. Good luck to everyone who got their interviews coming up and congrats to all February interviews.

I am posting an update on our AR because of many VJers asking of news. As of tonight, Grace says that the document verification is not completed. DELBROS confirms that the verification has not been returned from the NSO. With a short week for Easter the next doc verifications will be returned to the Embassy next week. Anyway, six weeks after the interview and 10 weeks after the 650 PHP payment verification there still is no good news.

Story. Wife paid for document verification on January 7th and texted DELBROS. She received a verification text from DELBROS. At interview on February 6 she was asked to pay for the doc verification a second time and put on AR for doc verification. After making several calls we found out that DELBROS never forwarded the information to the US Embassy. Grace from USEM consular office kept assuring me the doc verification was started in January for thre weeks in a row and I did never mentioned it to her. Last week Lorraine answers phone and states document verification never started until February 26. The DELBROS mis-information operators claim visa was already delivered and the doc verification local (ext.) 104 says verification sent to NSO on 2/21. It appears the USCIS mis-information line has been training people in the phils.
