Okay I did my search again, and the next batch of schedules from MNL2007819XXX and MNL2007820 is already Feb 4, 2008 and Feb 5, 2008 respectively.

Here is the breakdown: 41 interviews for K1 Visa where their Medical is on Jan 28,2008 and Embassy Interview is on Feb 4, 2008, both fall on a Monday. There is one case which falls on January 7 interview (maybe from US Military and has deployment) and then about 15 cases where they have their Embassy interviews on Feb 5, 2008.

For MNL2007820XXX, I found 38 interviews for K1 Visas and 7 K3 Visas and they have their Medical on January 29, 2008 and Embassy Interview on Feb 5, 2008 and both fall on a Tuesday.

So no interviews for nearly a month from the last schedule from MNL2007818XXX case numbers where 2 cases have interviews on Jan 9, 2008 and then there is a big leap of 8 interviews scheduled on Feb 4, 2008. Then I found 2 IR visas, one IR3 visa is scheduled for Embassy on Feb 5,2008 and one IR4 scheduled for Embassy interview on Dec 12,2007.

So based on this, it seems USEM doesnt schedule any interviews after the first week of the month, same thing went for the first batch of Jan interviews.

I have a long way to go if there are a lot of case numbers between 820XXX and 830XX, I might actually be a March interview (I dont even want to think about it) if this pace keeps up. My case is MNL2007833XXX. Any cases from 820XXX to 830XXX, please let me know and post here so we can project the next batch of interviews.

me too 820XX, i figure it out.....

from a source

all the applications come in and are put in a stack, numbered sequentially from when they are received. It will be mostly in numerical order at this time, with some variance due to differences in delivery time. Then a number of different staff members come to the stack and take different size stacks for themselves to work on for the next week (or month or whatever), so the stack gets distributed amoung many different staff members, then each staff member might work at different speeds. So somebody who's case was the 1st case on the 5th person's stack might have the case completed before a person who was the 6th case on the 1st person's stack.

I thought chronologically done base in case number but i was wrong.....

I just want an opinion...

so I have mnl2007820xxx

I called 2 nights ago and they said, they have received my file on 11/26 but no interview yet. I am getting really frustrated... because mnl2007833xxx even has the scheduled inteview already. I was thinking of calling again tonight and if the lady gives me the same answer, I was going to ask for higher management like supervisor to help me out. Maybe they have more info... what do you guys think? I just don't want them to further delay my interview...your opinion would be greatly appreciated! helpsmilie.gif helpsmilie.gif helpsmilie.gif

Yes Edp333. But, won't it be so good once we are re-united with our loves again? If we can go through this...we can weather any storms ahead. I truly believe this....I'm still concerned, as it is not over yet. Just heard bad news about a VJ member...and also a good friend, not passing medical. God, I pray for her, and her fiancee too!!!! Sorry to post this but there are no end of Feb interviews.. unless its for CR1/IR1 visas.. or of that nature.. there weren't any late Dec or late Jan interviews as well for K1/K3 visas.

Yes, you are right... I've seen the trending of interview schedules since December... seems like K1/K3 are slotted usually until the tenth of the month... But who knows... still HOPEFUL... (we're already outside the supposedly 6-7 months K1 completion timeline) LET'S KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED AND KEEP ON PRAYING... innocent.gif

Yes, I agree. I've noticed that CR/1 & IR/1 interviews are at about 18th -23rd of the month. At least last month....They should be receiving their interview schedules soon....
