I am curious as to why you factually state 'there are no end of Feb interviews'.
Are you stating there will be no "end of Feb" interviews? And if so, based on what? Insider info? Last two months trends? Last 12 months trends?
While I am appreciative of all information, I'm the type of person that likes to cite references, especially when other people's lives are so entangled with and take each word typed as 'gospel'.

I might have by example stated: "Based on the interview trends since August 2007, it appears K1/K3 visa interviews are appointed in the first two weeks of each month." That way, anyone wanting to know my deduction, can go look at the trends for the same period and see if they come up with a similar evaluation of the data.

Either way... time can't pass fast enough....

If you are going to quote me, make sure you finish my sentence.. "Sorry to post this but there are no end of Feb interviews.. unless its for CR1/IR1 visas.. " I guess you DIDNT READ the unless part, or maybe you couldnt finish reading the sentence. FYI, I'm not even using the data from VisaJourney, so thats why Im not cIting how I am retreiving this info. I'm getting them directly from the Manila Embassy website.

Looking at your timeline, you should start calling the automated hotline at NVC everyday to see if the case is forwarded to the embassy. After that happens, it's only a day or two until your appointments show up on the embassy web site. Hope the time lines for you this month are similar to mine last month.

well I've heard interview for february are all taken! eternal love called USEM yesterday they said feb. fully book and advised to call end of december or first week of january for new sked for march... im hoping for february but I think I cant make it because if i I have sked in feb. I should know it by now... if I have sked on March it takes 10 mons from filing hehheh but im still hoping for february

I guess the remainder slots are for CR/IR

Then I can say they split the month in 2.. 1st 2 weeks is for K1 and K3 and 2nd 2 weeks is for CR/IR.

i plan to attend the CFO seminar after my medical appointment on Jan.29-30. maybe jan.31 or feb 1.... my interview is scheduled on feb 5.

My wife's interview is on February 6, but I am not sure at this time if I wil be able to attend. Captain Jeff has already mentioned he will be there. It would be nice to meet other VJers. Sharing the interview experience would surely relieve some of the pre-interview srtess.

shining_angel would still like some company on February 5 interview!!!!

we received our NOA2 11/21 and it has been 4 weeks . When i called neither CSC or NVC will admitt to having the file. CSC says they sent it but will not give me a date. NVC says they have not received it. I see that you show a date sent to NVC. How did you get this date? They are telling me they will not trace it for another 90 days.

I had my pre-medical exams done today..xray,blood tests, etc, etc, (got a discount since i work in the clinical lab). I'm gonna be frequent in VJ starting today because it's my vacation week...yeheeey....got to work on my Interview packet...im having lots of butterflies and dragonflies in my stomach thinking about the the interview and the preparation of the documents...whew!!!

I hope there will be someone from VJ who will have a PE / interview schedule same as mine. I want to meet a fellow VJ too. Can i join the party that u are planning ?

It took over 30 days for NVC to show our petition in the system. It seems the two government agencies are still having delays. You can be patient and keep calling NVC twice a week or:

What I did was wait till the 28 days or four weeks that NVC was stating it takes to receive cases at thhe time and first called NVC to make sure they had not receipted our petition. Next I called the USCIS 800 number and used option 1 for petitions already approved. I navigated my way through all the options to get a real person on the phone. After some convincing the lady agreed to resend our petition. But actually she put in a request to expedite. The date I was given for getting an answer was the day NVC admitted to having our petition.

I hope you get a case number soon.
