what if your other half turned out to be a selfish prick and you sent them back to their country. What are my marriage termination choices???
vismaster
divorce
bridget
Definitely divorce but I don't think that automatically means he'll be sent back home, especially since he already has his green card. I'm sure someone else with more knowledge will come along but I'm sorry that you are going through this. I see so many people on here that bring their SO here, enduring the long visa process only to find out that it didn't work out. I cannot imagine the rollercoaster of emotions that you must be going through. Maybe you could try to get counseling and try to work it out?
charles!
don't forget to use a lot of stamps when you send him back, otherwise he might get returned as "postage due"
