HERE I'AM AGAIN JUST FOR BRIEFLY QUESTIONS I HAVE MY AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT WE SUBMITTED TO THE USCIS DURING WE START OUR I-129F APPLICATION LAST JUNE , THE DATE OF MY AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT IS MARCH 2007 SO IT IS OKEY AND FINE IF I'M STILL GOING TO USED THIS ON MY INTERVIEW ITS ONLY 10 MONTHS DO YOU THINK I NEED TO GET UP DATED AND GET NEW ONE MY PACKET 4 BEEN MENTIONED AT LEAST LESS THAN ONE YEAR I GUESS PERHAPS I DONT HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH THIS JUST HOPING . THANKS FOR YOUR IN PUT IM HIGHLY APPRICIATED WITH YOU GUYS THANK YOU SO MUCH AND ADVANCE AND MERRY CHRISTMAS ...

If you want to make sure, you could have your fiance download and fill out another I-864 and fill it out and sign it, plus send any new tax return and wage statement if the interview is after he fills those out. If the interviewer wanted an updated I-864, you would have it with you and it would avoid a delay.

Since you are a K-1 beneficiary, you are referring to an I-134...

Fiancé(e)s (K-1), spouses (K-3), returning residents (SB-1) and follow-to-join employment (E) applicants use the I-134 Affidavit of Support form. This form must be executed less than one year prior to visa application. A copy of the sponsor’s most recent Federal income tax returns and evidence of current employment must accompany the I-134.

I might still get a new one anyway, unless there is a good reason not to.

just get a new one. its easy and simple to have a new one. atleast it is updated and by the way the CAPSLOCK is on the left side of the keyboard.

I agree with the others suggesting to have an updated I-134. An Affidavit of Support is not required to be submiited with the I-129f. It probably would be, but you can't be sure it will be forwared to the Embassy along with the petition. better to be safe and have an updated one available for the interview.

Your wright i just want your attention reading my post to you guys any way back to the topic since my cousin working in immigration law firm in New York she did all the guide on me and help me to do the best possibility to avoid any trouble and refrences in uscis ,shes working with the 2 lawyers immigration law office but i dont want to rely everything on her shoulder she help me so much for free of everything and now shes very busy person this time ! so i dicided and i want to do it with my own research and i keep updating about what i read in here. The time from the beginning of our papers and all the documents shes asking from me and my fiance she submitted to all of that to USCIS all of this documents .. I-134 form AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT SIGNED AND NOTARIZED,EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE STATING SALARIES ,BANK STATEMENT,INCOME TAX RETURN 1040,WAGES and TAX STATEMENT (FORM W-2) 2006,Etinerary,boarding pass,plane ticket , hotel reciept,passport with stamped entry and exit here in the NIA IMMIGRATION Phillipines ,family Pictures 12 pcs.of our event during his visit . i need to get new one and updated for security reason ..and before i forget i have to pay also the metro bank for NSO verification even though i renew 3 times of my passport since i'm travelling outside the country since 1997 in asia and the middle east ..good luck to each one of us
