i am so worried right now and im beating myself up!!! i am filling up the forms online then when i click the continue button i got it on 3 pages but when i checked it once again for the last time to make sure i saw the expiration date of year for my passport written in wrong date 2007 it should be 2012. i tried to make a correction but it cant be corrected anymore i click the back button wishing it will still be the same form im fillin out. but it is a new one now..what would i do now? does the first ds 156 will be my form to the interview? but i dont have it here anymore? pls help me my vj family...i am so confused and helpless right now!!!

DS-156 does not keep any data on the website, just close the page, and open a new DS-156 and fill it out correctly.

All the website does for you is generate a unique bar code on page 3 that contains all data entered on the foem.

is it ok. to print out more than 2 copies of ds -156? im thinking what if i will make it 3 or 4 copies as a duplicate?

I made 3 copies of each of my DS forms

You can print out as many as you want, in fact you can save a copy of the generated PDF file for later printing.
