Help please

I receive the packet 3 with all the instructions, sent back and after a week I called to the embassy (this was 2 weeks ago) and they say that my interview will be next week.
But I still didn´t receive by mail the letter with the appointment.
Is this a problem?
Someone went to the interview without the letter?

I sent a email but they didn´t answer yet...I was expecting to receive that letter this week...

You should call them again, don't you need the letter to get into the embassy?

I can't speak for your Embassy, but in Canada, I know that there have been a few people that have misplaced, or never received their interview appointment letter. Hopefully you'll get an email. Even if you don't have the interview letter, if you get an email from them, and this is what was done in Canada, you could print off their email and bring that. This being an email stating when you have an appointment. Other than that, I really don't know what else you can do. If you still don't hear from them, I'd just show up anyway, and explain to them the circumstances. Whatever you do, don't not go just because you don't have something in writing!

Well, I just call to the embassy...and she said: oh no problem at all...you should come with or without this letter. She confirm the day...
I said: Yes, thank you.
