Could you who have received more than one letter from uscis since filling I-751 check for the receipt numbers and see if they are the same.
NOA1 Ext 1 Year ??
NOA2 FingerP ??
REF ??
Approval ??
Denial ??

Receipt number on biometrics notice is different than the one on NOA1. The fine print on NOA1 says to use the number on the biometrics notice, not the one on NOA1. I recall reading somewhere that USCIS is putting temporary receipt numbers on NOA1s to expedite the process of getting caught up with them.
