Does anyone have experience with DCF in Pakistan?

They say 6mo residence in Pakistan is required for the US citizen to file in Islamabad. Are they strict about this?

I tried.... I handed the officer all of our papers, he asked how long I had been in Pakistan - I said over a month. - He handed the entire stack back to me and said I had to file in the States. (we did not study this Visa process at all before the marriage - lesson learned!)

8 months laters he's finally here
