I was told that my RFE was mailed on November 28 and I am still waiting. The representative at USCIS said that if I didn't get it in 15 days, to call them. I told her that if I knew what they wanted, I could spend this time getting information together pertaining to the RFE. I don't even know what it is and I hate this waiting. She understood what I was trying to say but said that she doesn't have access to my case. This is ridiculous!

Audrey, that sucks! Big time! I am so sorry you're having to go through with this RFE nonsense! I'm sure you're not alone, but it must feel that way sometimes. You have us here to vent to, so vent away! My thoughts are with you. I truly hope you hear something soon.

why is it that everything in this process takes longer than it should. I mean some times it feels it goes backwards.

At least if things were going backwards they would be moving!!! Although I should be careful what I wish for

they really dont help themselves sometimes, and it just adds to the stress im sure.

We're pulling for you A-jeane, im sure its just a missed signature or something. the bright side is they will give your file priority when you send the RFE back. so you know you are soon to be approved. YEA!! though Gretchen dreads an RFE, i'd take that over nothing.
at least i would know someone has our petition there.
