Hi to all Vjs,
I am now ready for my medical and visa interview which Dated: Dec. 27 and then Jan 04, 08.
My fiance will be here in Phil. on Dec 15th with his 2 kids. So then we agreed that he can just take his Affidavit of support documents with him then pay for the fees when they're finaly here.
My questions are:
1. Is it ok. to pay the fees just by this time? and also filled out the DS forms when he is here on the 15th? or
2, Is it ok to have the DS forms filled out although we are not goin to pay for the fees yet just until he's here?
3. Last question guys, pls. doo answer my queries. pls. About the forms I know i should fill it out online, Im just kind of confused where exactly is the best site to fill this out from? the State.gov only have DS-156 if im not mistaken, where are the other forms? and about the barcode thingy pls. give a lil clear details on how to this correctly...

hello , im K3 visa but more or less we have same DS forms , wat i did to mine is i printed 2 DS 156 forms in US embasy manila site , and yes u can print in anytime u want it does not matter when u print , the ur talking about u will pay is the DS157 form , wat i did is that 1 i print online and second copy is i filled out by hand coz thats the one with the bank validation at the back , and last forms is DS156K since un in K1 visa , u need all 2 pcs each form , glued the picture before going to the intervie and put ur signature also, hope i helped u in this

Wow, Irene, thank you for this answer. now i know that i can fill up these forms even without paying yet..but irene, last question.. how bout the code they're talking about should ii need to worry for that bbarcode thing or i can just leave it as it is when i printed it out as long as it is clear and neat? do i need to put anything in there?

I'm sure others can help you more with specifics, but this page should give you some good info and have the forms you need just keep scrolling down.

I believe the form for visa fees is at the banks where you pay them BPI or CItibank.
The barcode should be on the first page of any letter they send requesting you to send NVC a form, not on the packet for medical and embassy appointments.

about the bar code yeah u can leave as it is u will not write anything on it , just fill all the question and glued the picture in the box after the bar code , and yeah my kids is really excited going to the states we will be leaving by 12th of this month , goodluck to ur journey , if u have kids going with u or follow to join , print also forms 2 pcs also the DS-156 and DS-157 , the DS156K is for u only and u will have also to pay application for the kid , coz i have encounter one couple dont paid the application for kids they did not given the interview on that day .

thanks guys now its clear to me, i should have this done tom.i couldve done this right now if only my printer hasnt ran out of ink... 
well i guess ill be goin out tom. to have it filled out and printed out. so when my fiance and his kids are all here which is on the 15th there's nothing more for me to worry.
Irene: Thanks so much.. about kids, i dont have kids.. my fiance has two wonderful kids and im so happy that we are goin to be together here again for the second time to celebrate the holiday season until the new year..then my fiance will wait for me to have my visa so we can go back home together...i cant wait and im so excited...New year, New life and new Culture to discover and explore...
