quick question, is CSC send the I-129f files to NVC or Embassy?

I called they said we send it to embassy., ! in letter says to NVC, my congressman secretary said to NVC .. so the whom have I-129f files do you received anything from NVC?

beside the NVC phone number how can I find out?

The 2nd NOA goes to the NVC prior to being forwarded to the embassy.

The entire package is forwarded, as each level is an approval. So each level needs to see the petition and supporting evidence.

so how can I check , if they send my file to NVC?

To check if NVC has your file you can call the following number 603-3340-700 and then option 1 and then option 5
Need some more patience though as you may have to try it several times, and even then they may not know!

Your petition is sent to the NVC for case assignment and the NVC will send the pactet to the embassy
