pls advise how long it takes from nvc to packet3 stage and where to contact if u dont receive packet 3 from montreal consulate.

Hi there - take a look at a few other people's timelines - BTW - fill your's out too! They'll send you the NOA2 and let you know that it's being forwarded to Montreal (couple weeks), Then the first time you hear from Montreal is when your receive Pkg 3 (week or 2 maybe, nothing definite here). They use regular mail so we all know how ::GREAT:: Canada Post is
Basically being in the Pkg 3 & 4 period sucks because you have no way to track like you did during the I129 phase You send them back the stuff from Pkg 3, have your medical and sit on your behind looking at VJ for a few months.

Sorry this doesn't sound overly positive, it's just the facts. On the bright side you will get to know folks on here and everyone is very supportive.
