I'm excited that several June/July Filers are receiving their NOA2's.

However, I was looking at several postings of August filers for the K1 and some have 2 or 3 touches on their file.



I have checked USCIS and I have not seen a single touch yet. (date hasnt been updated since I received my WAC#)

Yes, I know i'm not supposed to go paranoid over touches, (cause I heard of someone getting no touches and getting approved) but I thought I was supposed to get atleast a single touch by now.

I filed the I-129F in 8/23/2007. The last time USCIS has updated my file was 10/09/2007.

So, my point is waited two months w/o a single touch.

Seriously, don't read anything into touches. They are for the most part meaningless. Some people get them, some don't. You can't learn anything about your case by them, so it's best to ignore them as much as possible. A tall order, I know, especially when you see people starting new threads with 749 point Comic Sans Serif fonts announcing that ZOMG I AM TOUCHEDZ!!!!11!!1 but there are better things to drive yourself crazy over.

We had no touches (xcept the ones cuz of service request for NOA1) and got approved

No touches here too and still waiting for NOA2...but any day now...Come on VSC, have some eggnog and spread some Christmas cheer...

I know that the touches are meaningless, but I must admit when you get one it does give you a little more hope... I did the RFE trick yesterday, and although I really did not get any real answers I discovered today that a touch was made. So who knows! One thing is for sure... We're all in this together and I wish everyone the best of luck!

No Touches here either since my NOA1 and still waiting on NOA2

As you filed in August I really wouldn't worry yet... I haven't had any either and I am sure there must be a few June filers around in the same situation

I haven't been touch either...feeling very neglected

I was only touched after I called in to request a copy of our petitions. Now again I was touched on Sunday. I am not reading into anything now, but that seemed to be the only way I was touched.
