Iam married to a foreigner we had a fight i grabbed her and went to jail,i was sentence to probation. And we are still together,but i want to leave because i feel like she doesn't really love me.Will she be able to file under the abusive spouse act.

Yes.

Not necessarily. It depends upon a lot of factors. One issue that comes to mind is what, if any, are the reasons she is still with her abuser.

She can definitely file but success is less than definite.
