Byron, we are still waiting, Mel called them on friday and the said they did a service request on dec 4 and we should call back today. We also called Senator Webb's office on friday and the nice guy on the phone told us to mail them a signed letter and it will take them only a few days to get in touch with the VSC. We are sending of the letter today with FedEx so they will receive it tomorrow morning.

BTW how is Leidy doing, is she getting ready to come? I am sure she is...

I just looked at the progress for the month, and we are at 30 approvals for December so far (as of 8:40 CST). Which puts us 1 more approval than California has had for the month! WOO HOO, looks like we may be back in the lead again! (sorry Cali petitioners, but my competitive streak is getting the better of me today)

does anyone know if it is possible for the embassy to send out packet 3 before they recieve that hard copy?

our case was transferred from naples to tirana on the 5th, and the woman on the phone from DOS told me that packet 3 was sent on the 6th...does that mean that tirana send packet 3, or naples??? im guessing it means tirana, but they definitely wouldnt have recieved packet 3 by then...confusion!!!

I saw that after I posted this one. I'm hoping her file was right ahead of mine.

well mine is still lost in that crates marked......FIRST 2 WEEKS OF JUNE.....IGNORE UNTIL FUTHER NOTICE.............Wow this sucks.......

Hey, Lora there was an approval for a june 10 filer last day or so. Maybe they are almost to the bottom of the crate
I feel worse for Mel and Syl, they kept saying by tomorrow, by tomorrow and that was weeks ago! Sheesh, have a little consideration ...?

Well they have been processing May 19th for 4 weeks now according to them so obviously they do not understand calenders at all...hey by the way I was told today that many of the case workers are taking long vacations now so our wait may be a "little" longer....wow the holiday's with there SO's what a nice thought....think we all may have liked that......
