Hey, yep they sent it to the embassy after about 3 days, even before i called nvc. No packet 3 yet so i'm wondering if there is a way to check if they have sent it yet.

Hello Everyone....No, I didn't forget about you all.
I hope everyone here has gotten some progress, if not an approval, in their cases.

I'm still waiting, but my case is very different and very complicated. Still waiting to see if USCIS will reaffirm our first petition......and if not, will they go ahead and approve our second petition. Anyhoo, I'm happy to see that most of you are through the thickest part of the fog.

P.S.-I'm back in the U.S. Had a few 'close calls' in Albania and figured I'd better go home to finish fighting this battle. Besides, thanks to this lengthly and cumbersome immigration process, I am OFFICIALLY 'broke'.

for some reason, we really don't appear on trinner's list cray5ol.gif .. rick & gaye we also submitted 01-29-2008 but the list skips us and jumps to 1-30-2008... hmmmm, maybe it is the reason why VSC has skipped in approving us unsure.gif... j/k, I just hope and pray all those who are still waiting from previous months may receive their NOA2 soon. good.gif

MEDICAL IS COMPLETE!!!!!

there was no problem with the medical....all good.....

now we are waiting on packet 4 that will tell us the interview date!!!!!
