I finally got a hold of Oscar..........We are sooooooooooooooooo happy....251 days from mailing the application........It is now I hope smooth sailing.........I know I have whined alot.....cried alot....complained alot over the last 8 months but you guys are the greatest......So now I am taking all of our pictures and organizing them and telling to story of our 2 1/2 years together...........I am thinking St. Patrick's day wedding for the Irish Girl from Virginia and the Peruvian man from Arequipa.........I can not wait for our real life to start.......Again thanks you guys.......Lora and Oscar

I did have the senators office call me back and they were sending in an email to VSC on Friday asking about the
application...

USCIS sent a service inquiry in on Thursday...to VSC concerning the issues with our application....

Maybe we will here something back from one of those next week....we will keep you posted!!!!!!!

They are probably getting ready to send your petition off to NVC...I've seen people get a couple of touches even after NOA2.

Touched after approval it means they moved ur case..it means they forwarded it to NVC..try to call NVC after 3 or 4 days of the last touched and im 100% sure ur case is already received at NVC..goodluck!!
