Seriously, the people at the call desk are liars. They know they are lying, but they keep on doing it as their supervisors stand over them with a pistol and a mop.
That is really classic. At least they could parrot the date on the website .. maybe they get points for creativity
It's funny after I call I'm disgusted and think I'll never call again, then time goes by and hope seeps in that they can't all be that clueless for a living ... oops
It's like dealing with management at my job
