I'll be happy for it. It hurts my heart that nobody from June has been approved in days and days and days and days. Since before the holidays at least. Still waiting on my congressman. I sent over a privacy notice they don't require just to see if that'd give them a poke. I doubt it will, and I'll have to call next, which I hate doing because it feels like I'm nagging.

But seriously, this sucks.

F*ck that. I think that type of response is just to try to get you to stop bugging them, because they don't want to be bothered.

"Realistically" or not, their service commitment says 6 months. (Also we know from VJ statistics that one year is in fact not realistic). Call your congressperson back now and remind them of this. And if they say they'll be ignored by them "pushing" USCIS now, well, at least they tried, instead of sitting on their arses saying "this won't help any."

F*ckers. They totally just wanted to get rid of you. Get back on 'em.

Congrats to the July filer!
Also congrats to the October filer but i must say THAT FREAKING SUCKS!! I am happy for you guys this madness is surely not your fault. VSC IS BUNCH OF MESS, even though i have been approved seeing people going through this nightmare still makes me crazy. I am still praying for all you earlier filers, especialy for MIRLA and LORA rose.gif

I just called NVC and they have ALREADY SENT MY PAPERWORK TO LONDON!!!!!!!! AAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still check my status at least once a day, but I am growing more and more pessimistic every time I log into the status page. Seriously, I feel like I know there isn't an update before I even open the page.

They didn't need a fruckin year to get to those october filers (no offense october people).

At this point I think I'd take 'early march' for our case over what's behind door number 2

I am happy and sad at the same time. Happy that I am approved and can finally move on in the process and sad at the same time because there are so many people that are still waiting and have been for a long long time crying.gif

I will still be active here, because I dont have anything else to do, so if there is anything anybody wants me to still do (letters, chocholates, poop, devil.gif etc) just let me know.

As a side note, I tried to call using the RFE trick today because I thought I might be getting close with all the Sept filers approved lately, I couldnt get a RFE person and it kept kicking me to cust. service so I tried back about 10 times and still couldnt get a hold of one so I just let it take me to the cust service people. This is at 430pm CST. The cust serv rep told me that my case is still pending and I was still in the 6 month timeframe. She added they are currently working June 19th petitions. I check the CRIS website at 730pm CST and it shows approved. Shows what they know.

Well, I was doing a little research into one Mr. Paul Novak, so I googled his name and that video showed up. Apparently they have hidden all contact information for Mr. Novak so that you cannot bother him. He's obviously too busy ensuring that VSC runs properly. whistling.gif

As far as their status, I don't know, but there was one comment on the video page that made me feel like they had finally been approved.
