It is interesting to see a January addition. Also, I think a couple of the pending May members haven't visited in a long while, so I'm not sure how valid those petitions still are. If you see one that you know is no longer valid, let me know and I'll add them to the exclusion list.

Actually if you look at our time line you will see we also have another application date July 27, 07 which was a duplicate they
ask us to send in and they have informed us they are going to go by that date, not the original date of May 11....
So you might want to list us in both since we have two active applications....THANKS

Yeah, this waiting is ridiculous. The only thing I can think of is they are waiting for my name/security check. Either that or it is just sitting on someone's desk.

Nah, he decided to save that for the wedding and opted for what he terms a "smart casual" look!

We only had about 5 weeks from NOA2 to interview, which is not the norm. Not sure why we got so lucky, but am happy we did! If you look in the UK forum you will an find a 2008 UK interview thread which lists upcoming interviews so you can find out what the timeframe is like.

I had a lot of touches in December too. I just don't get it....

Sent it myself with RFE all over it in red.....Emailed the lawyer and said forget it......Now we will see what happens.....

No problem. I understand your frustrations..The simple answer is your papers went out via Fedex today for overnight delivery for tomorrow morning. I was not in the office on Thursday and most of Friday. I will keep you posted as to the progress. I expect that once this gets there it should only be a few more weeks for adjudication.

Don't be silly, they are not processing september now!! I have that on the authority of Don, ID (short for IDiot) 138LM - a supervisor from customer service!!!

They are only up to June 18, which has mysteriously appeared as the current processing date for both CSC and VSC!! And AFTER the update was sent out on december 14 it said 6 months still, now it has changed without an update??!!?

So, conveniently that means us june people cannot even ask for a service inquiry because now we are not 30 days past this bogus date. Sounds a little coincidental to me ...

I submitted a I-129f for my fiance back in May,I still haven't received a decision from the VSC.WHen I call,nobody seems to know what the problem is.

The nightmare continues! I had a 10 days break of this bullshit and now I realize I'm back to my daily nightmare.....damn!!!

I pull these lists automatically from the Timelines. Do you think you actually have two active I-129Fs, or did they throw the first one out and make the 2nd one active? If they just "changed" the date of your petition, perhaps it would be best for you to update that NOA1 date in your Timeline?

If there really are two active, I wonder how that will work... will you get two NOA2s?

Either way, again it is horrible that you are part of that group stuck in limbo.

I know some of these approvals out of sequence are hard to see for earlier submitters, but I think we can all be happy for people with approvals and still be mad at a broken system. No matter what, when you must count the time in months and months that you must wait while separated from your love because of red tape... then something is wrong, and the end of that should be celebrated.
