Ok, so I'm getting ready to send in Javi's I-751. I have loads of evidence, taxes, bills, bank statements, infertility invoices, mortgage loan, insurance, etc. What I don't have is pictures or affidavits from friends or family. Do those two things really need to be in there? Or do you think we'll be ok with the evidence I have? I have a good 18 pieces of evidence to send in. Then, if we do need the affidavits, do they have to be notarized?

I don't know hermana, but just wanted to wish you the best with the whole shebang. Animo!

Yeah, I was thinking what we have is plenty. I have tons of different bills and such showing Javi's address is the same as mine. I have our deed of trust showing the land our house is on is in both names. We have three joint bank accounts and our mortgage is in both names. Both of our life insurance's showing each other as beneficiary. I really think we'll be fine too. The worst case scenario is we get an RFE, right?

And with all the info you're sending, that is unlikely to happen... uh oh, wait, strike that... we're talking about these highly efficient peepz.... hmmmm. wink.gif
