I am not to sure what to do about my affadavit of support. I will actually be unemployed as of this Friday. I won't be employed again for a couple months. I have worked this whole year and not had any gaps in my employement previous to this. I also have a co-sponsor lined up. I am not quite sure how I would fill out the form. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You as the petitioner have to fill in your own affidavit - the joint sponsor has to fill in another one. Unemployment does not ban you or anything like that. Just make sure to have your IRS transcripts and all that jazz.
