My I129f was touched yesterday and today again. My I130 has no touches since I applied. What does that mean? My hubby is really happy that we got touched at least, but it also worries me. Why is my I130 untouched? Thanks.


PS: I got no emails for those touches. Why so???

We had a few touches on our I 130 but still no approval, but soon we hope. Maybe they will approve both your I129f and I130 at the same time.

Sweety 10, I hope you get your approval soon. It should be anyday by now considering our timelines are pretty close. I don't know exactly what's goin on with your case, coz in my case, I got a touch for both I-130 and I-129f both on Nov 30, When I checked online, my I-130 is approved but my I-129f is still pending. On dec. 2, they already updated my I-129f and it says there I got approved Nov.30.
