I am new here @ VJ. I've studied what's on this site forever since '06 and I thought I knew what I need to do, but turned out that I am cluless. Since I do not have infinant amount money for consulation, I need your help, so I finally joined VJ while ago but has been very afraid of asking any question to you all. . . FYI, I am here as F-1 student for 5+ years and met my lady.

Could someone please direct me to right place to find informaitn on what document I need when applying for LPR initially? No, I am not talking about birthcertificate or marriage certificate. I am talking about how to prove them that we didn't just get married without knowing each other b/c people do that sort of things. I know when I go to the 1st interview, I need to bring proof of common residnece and I can find the list (I've seen it somewhere on VJ), but I can't remember what document (if any) I need submit with initial I-130, AOS, EAD and AP and Affdavid of Support and what not. I am real confused here. I figured that instruction must be on I-130 but it isn't there (the one from state dpt).

Hope I won't get chastised for asking dumb quesiton but I guess being really dumb comes with being a newbie so please go very easy on me here,

Jee it is 1:23 am here & I've been sleep deprived forever. This marrying US citizen things really takes a toll on ya and put fear of god in you.
