How the heck do I stop myself from checking on the USCIS website for updates.

I mean it has only been touched once and that was on the 15th November.

I swear I am addicted and it's driving me insane.

That's a tough one. hehe. Looking at your timeline I'd say you try to refrain from checking for at least another 2 months. Easy said than done, right?

I do the same thing. . . i try to jedi mind trick the date into changing. . . but it never seems to work. . .i think i need more concentration, haha.

I didn't start checking mine until about 3 weeks before the VJ estimated date but then I checked them several times a day
