Hi, I was wondering how to go about or if its even possible, to have my sister in law to come here to care for my sick mom. What kind of visa do i apply for and is this even possible?

Unless your mother is in grave danger, I dont think you can convince Immigration that only your Sister-in-Law can help take care of your sick mother. Your sister-in-law should be able to apply for Tourist Visa for medical reasons to take care of your mother. I think its best to consult an immigration attorney or just call USCIS or NVC for general information regarding your issue. Good luck.

There is no specific visa, she would need a work visa, all those have restrictions and qualifications that she is most unlikely to qualify for.
