Sebastian & Sonya are November filers...I just pm'd with them.
Hopefully they will fix their time line soon.

They have fixed their time line already. I thought they were december filers too... It surely got me excited coz it would have meant december filers are rolling in and there is a great possibility of seeing january filers getting approval by early or mid march. FALSE ALARM!

Nonetheless, at the rate its going, im positive there would be december approvals by the end of this month or early march.

I haven´t seen Novembers approval since yesterday. News about it?

It's Saturday, I don't think we'll be seeing much action till Monday

I read they are working over the weekends in order to speed the backlog.

Yeh, I finally got an offer today!!! Though unofficial, I'm so relaxed.
Waiting for an offer and K1 process at the same time was killing me.
I hope I can bring her while I'm in between jobs.

advance happy valentines to everybody....i was surprised and im really happy today because i just got valentines present from my fiance....he mailed it early....what nice morning for me.hope everybody too.

Its almost been a year since I first sent in my application!!! WE thought it would be months. I spent most of last year with him in Turkey and it's been almost a year since we filed. We have been approved and had interview but it can be another 1-2 years before they are done with our case- Dont expect ANYTHING!! thats all I can say!

I think I iwll be moving to Turkey to wait out the process~

Three people were approved today and updated their timelines. NOA1 dates were 10/30, 10/31 and 11/07...GO VSC GO!

Hi to all December filers!

I'm starting to see people who have November filing dates getting their NOA2s from the VSC! Yay! Admittedly this is incredibly heartening... I'm so excited with the possibility that it'll be soon. To be honest, it couldn't be soon enough!

I'm sooo tired of being apart. I'll go back for a visit in March, for a week, and I know that it won't be long enough to see him and be with him and his family. Soon enough, I pray, he'll be here keeping me company and I won't have to spend Valentine's Day alone!

Whoa! I got touched today (Sunday). This is really good news - I think of course for me but also it's a good sign for all of us! (Please don't be an RFE but even if it is at least the ball is moving)

Hi all! Wow, all this new news for December filers is pretty exciting stuff!

I just checked our case status online and the date changed! All that changed though was the date... when I checked the actual info, it still had just the "On Dec. 27th, we received..." blah blah blah. Basically it still had the info that they sent off the NOA1...

Does anybody else's say the same thing?

Hmmmm thats exactly what happened to me.......about 2 hours before I got the approval!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just noticed...we WERE touched yesterday...

I was touched on the 17th too!

And I can finally check my status on the USCIS website! I know it doesn't tell us much, but after a million phonecalls trying to get them to fix the glitch that was not allowing my number in the system, it is just so nice to be able to see it there on the screen
