26 de junio de 2007 Touch
Desde el touch no he recibido nada de nada veo muchos casos de junio y julio ya han salido y el mio nada de nada.
Me conecto a la pagina de www.uscis.com y la carpeta igual.
Llame a imigracion y la respuesta que me dan es que todos los casos no son iguales.
Estoy desesperada quiero reunirme con mi pareja ya que tenemos una hijita. Por favor alguien que este en el mismo caso que yo escriban gracias

Eunimar, uno de los casos que me acuerdo que tardo mas o menos el mismo tiempo fue el de Byron Leidy, ellos esperaron su NOA2 181 dias. Quizas podes mandarle un mensaje o mirar su profile?
(one of the cases I remember that took around the same time was Byron-Leidy's , they waited for their NOA2 for 181 days. Maybe you can send them a message or look at their profile?)

El problema parece ser especificamente con aquellos que aplicaron en noviembre con el centro de Vermont. El lado bueno de esto es que el problema no es especifico a la aplicacion de ustedes, si no que es un problema general. No desesperes, no pierdas las fuerzas, sigan en contacto con USCIS, llamalos (tienen la opcion de castellano), y sigan esperando la respuesta.

The problem seems to be specific for those that applied in the month of june at the Vermont Service center. The bright side is, that the problem is not especific to your application but seems to be a general problem. Don't despair, don't loose your strenght, keep in touch with USCIS, call them (they have a spanish option), and continue to wait for an answer.

after 180 days you can call in there and ask for help... dont wait without reminding them the 180 days is past

Gracias amiga por los comentarios y por ayudarme bueno tanto mi pareja como yo estamos muy triste ya que aun no ha salido nuestra aprobacion tenemos una abogada que nos hizo el tramite y para colmo no la podemos localizar. Ya queremos estar juntos ahora el 17 de diciembre se hacen los 180 dias y nos vemos nada de nada espero en Dios que ya esa aprobacion salga esta semana estamos desesperados angustiados. Hemos llamado y solo la explicacion que nos dan es que todas las peticiones son diferentes imaginate. Luego otra persona me contesto que tenia que esperar 45 dias mas como es eso dije yo entre mi imaginate como me pongo luego llame otra vez y me dijeron que el 21 de diciembre llamara :(ay no se que pasa
Por eso decidi ingresar a este foro para que me ayuden y me den orientacion.
