What is biometrics code 3? It's the only code shown on my wife's ASC appointment notice.

Code 2: Thumb Print, Photo, Signature
Code 3: Code 1 + Code 2
Something like that!
Plus, it includes one print of all four fingers of left hand and another print of all four fingers on right hand.
