When I sent in my own I-751 in September, 2006, the instructions stated that 2 passport-style photos were required with the application.
I am submitting my daughter's I-751 today, and the instructions no longer require photos.
Are they required now or not?

yup, they are not needed... the pictures will be taken at the BIO appointment...
