HELP I found out the interview date is Dec. 20th but my husband hasn't received the instruction packet or the appointment letter!! When I contacted the US Consulate they said he should be getting it but we only have a few weeks.

Any suggestions Who should I call or where should I look?

Some US Consulate, depending on country will allow you to come in and pick up the packet in person. You can call and ask.

same thing happened to me. my husband's aunt who lives in ciudad juarez was able to go pick up the papers with our case number, names, and address. (i think that anyone can do it.) it took all day, though. also, we could have gone a day ahead of time to pick them up early, but we would have to go on friday, as our appointment is on tues, but you need the papers for the medical on monday. (=pay 3 extra days in the hotel+food+more stress of not being at home) they will not email the papers, they will not send them in certified mail, and they will not fax the papers. i asked. :S

Thanks Cindy! The problem is that neither of us live close to Juarez....
We are flying the night of Dec. 17th and the interview is on the 20th...
Do you think that will give us enough time to pick it up and fill it out?
