Now I am on line to wait my long way to get NOA.
USP delivered my I751 yesterday to Texas center but my surprise was they deliver it today(11/29/2007) at 5.54am I
Isit normal early in the morning to deliver it?

If all you asked for was delivery confirmation and not a signature, then 5:54am represents the time the post office threw it into the "box" ready to be picked up.

Pick-up time is "normal!" TSC usually picks up mail and signs for it between 5AM - 6AM each day!

Right on good.gif I mailed Claudeth's last Friday and the USPS delivered it on Saturday at 8:54. I just got the registered card back in the mail last night. Way to go USPS!
