A friend of mine called Nebraska office asking for I-130 petition. A lady said to her that they are going to try to process all kind of petitions faster, and this made me fell happy!!!!!!
I hope this is true!

seems like almost all JAN 06 got NOA2 according to Immigration Timelines. I am in the 1st week of FEB 06 so I am just waiting for my NOA2. Hope it comes soon!

yes, we didn't start our process because my documents didn't get to my fiance yet.
but I wish nebraska goes fast cause we are going to start our process as soon as my documents get there.

From observation on NSC and CSC. NSC is faster than CSC. I just saw an approval from NSC date FEB 7 2006.

Yeah, they are doing Feb applications now. I hope they get to the March ones soon!!! This is killing me!!!

Can you tell us how you know that NCS is onto the feburary petitions? Last I checked (today) online it said NCS was up to January 3rd applications. Thanks a lot.

If you see Immigration Timelines it has all the information. Seems like NSC is donig 1st week of FEB 06 right now. I wouldn't worry too much about NSC Processing Times. The average time seems to be about 60-65 days but typically it doesn't take more than 80 days if you look at the timeline statistics. Be patient it will come.

I don't understand why the new proccessing dates for NSC is still Jan 3 when they are doing Feb applications right now.

It's probably because someone still has a Jan 3rd petition sitting on their desk. Could be a case that was complicated, may still be dealing with RFEs, or maybe the officer took a very long nap
