Hi Living at home with parents is not a problem but she will need to show that she can support you at the interview stage. She will need to provide proof of earnings 125% above the poverty level or come up with a co-sponsor.

That's not a problem, the concern is whether your fiance can financially support you. If she doesn't make above 125% of the poverty guidelines she'll have to find a co-sponsor for you.

Yes, since your household size will only be two (you and your fiance) and you've said she makes $24k a year then that'll be fine for support. Minimum guidelines for a household size of two is $17,112 a year.

Your fiance will need tax returns, an employer from her letter and paystubs to prove that she can support you when you turn in your I-134 at the consulate interview.
