100 U$ isn't much for americans. It is for us. How about getting away with the huge fees Brazilians pay to come here?

Well, I suppose if you can afford to come here in the first place, you can afford the $100.
It's not just $100 for brazilians, it's $100 for everyone.

Not much you can do except pay. And be prepared, U$100 is little compared to the fees you'll pay down the line when filing for AOS, etc.
