I have been trying to log on to see if there was any updates to my case. The first 2 login attempts I got some weird text, the third login attempt (and I know the password was right) they told me that I have:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
You have exceeded the number of login attempts due to invalid User ID.

Now they tell me I must correct this, but no where does it tell me where. I know my password, I log in at least once a day. Anyone else get that weird text, or have troubles logging on? Freaky......

Oh yeah, I even tried entering my case number...it says it isn't valid!!! What the....it was valid earlier today!

yep... a lot of us have been getting the same messages...
fuzzness said that he thought it was a server error... and someone else posted that they thought it might be because they were updating the website...
