Hi guys i guess i need something from you this time . In my packet 4 i feel like just being confused a little bet regarding about the DS-156 FORM the date expires 09/30/2007 and its been expired date so do think i need to go to the US EMBASSY WEBSITE to download this form because in there website they been updated already the date is this a big problem if i'm going to used this form or this is just there example to show to the applicant ..your input and idea is highly appreciated ???

you will have to print the DS form in the site coz of the bar code the one in the packet is only sample of DS forms , when u paid for DS 157 , u can print one online also and fill up the one from the bank when u paid for the fee coz they gonna validate it at the back, make sure u glued ur pictures in DS forms , two copies of 156 and 157 each, if ur in K1 u will need 2 copies also of DS 156k.

yes. its better to print it online coz of the bar code as for me i also printed the DS157 (2copies) and stapled the one validated from the bank. good luck on your upcoming interview
