I have prepared 4 packets for my husband's interview, all placed in a clear folder with binder:

1. Original documents- BC, MC, Cenomar, etc
2. Financial Support documents- ITR, Letter of Employment, Paystubs
3. Photos- wedding pics, vacations
4. Proof/ Evidence- letters~ emails, snail mails, chat logs, receipts, etc

I just picked up an expandable file for organizing our interview paperwork. It has 12 sections in clear vinyl with tabs at the top and stick ons included for the tabs. It should make it easy for my wife to find each thing as the intervewer requests it.
