Happened to me too! Not only that, I tried to search by my case number...it said it isn't valid!

telling me my user id is invalid maybe its a approval overload, and we will ALL get lucky in the morning

The site isnt recognizing ANYTHING, user or pass, receipt number, email address, NOTHING.

Same java error here, went and verified that there were no problems with java on my PC but still no luck accessing the login page.

I still can't log on!! Anyone else still having problems?

I finally got on- been acting weird and giving me error message since yesterday.
same message anyways no good news:
'Your I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was received on April 8, 2006. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 150 and 999 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.'

I logged in fine just a few hours ago, but now I am getting the same error

the site really is pulling all our chains...I could log in yesterday evening, but this morning again nothing

Same here I could not log on yesterday and then late afternoon (UK time) it was OK and now -11.00 a.m. UK, it's down again

This is just driving me crazy, waiting and waiting, It's going on 8 months for us now, and that is only the first stage and to be honest I just feel like I have had enough

I don't know. I thought I found a way around using the website by calling the 800 number because the FAQ says it's the same info. WRONG! At least not exactly anyway. It doesn't tell you when it was last updated or "touched". I know when my petition was received I don't need to check that every day I need to know if they are looking at it
I've been looking for tech support on the site too but I can't find it and it says you can only send emails to ask about two specific questions. Neither of which is related to this in anyway. Wonder why I can acces any other page on their site except the login page???? Is that what everyone else is getting too?
