Hi All, After recieving an IVR message that says NVC has recieved the ds230, how long does it take before you hear the message Case Complete granting there are no RFE's. Does it really take 6 wks as the IVR says?

I heard it takes 2 weeks for the review..

I suggest to keep calling for status after 2 weeks.. I mean LIVE OPERATOR status..

From what I understand, it takes a little less then that but it could take that long.. You never know!

For me, it was 2 weeks after I mailed the DS-230 but that was over 2 years ago.

I'd say give them 2-3 weeks.

Without RFE it takes 11 working days... so you can say 2 weeks.

Guys, thanks for the reply, i sure hope that with all the tips i got here, there would be no RFE's. we've been at this process for over a year now. Patience is really a virtue otherwise a lot of us would have been climbing walls just to get over this processs.

And How long does it take for them to review the DS-230 after the RFE (they didn't like the way DS-230 was filled)

What was your RFE about? Still, it should be within 2-4 weeks window.
