My husband is a permanent resident. We are still about 9 months away from filing to lift his conditions (I-751). My question is this, we moved about 3 months ago to a new home. Do I need to file a change of address right away or can I just wait until we file the I-751 to report the address change? I still receive mail from the old home because it was with family. Should I be concerned that I didn't state the change of address within 10 days of moving?

Thanks! Let me know.

AR-11 MUST be filed within 10 days, and I-865 needs to be filed within 1 month of any move.

Do it NOW!

You can file the AR-11 online at USCIS in the change address section. I'm not sure about submitting the I-865 online; the form is available at USCIS as well.

I-865 cannot be filed online, but there is a fillable PDF form available on the USCIS site.

I think it's better to file the address changes late instead of waiting and just putting the new address on the I-751.
