My old files (AOS, I-130), filed in 2005, were touched in January of this year. My theory is they are moving old files to their (new) central archive hence the touches.

My EAD application from several years ago was touched shortly after my biometrics were taken for the I-751 app. Bizarre. Glad I'm not the only one who encountered this!

CRI89 - 1st touch 07-10-07 (3 days after biometrics.....CRI89 received.. bla bla bla..)
I485 - touch 03-24-07
I130 - touch 09-30-07
I90 - touch 03-15-07
so what i dont get is do we count only the touches for the CRI or all touches that we get..

I guess that means at least they haven't lost our files!

All my old stuff has been touched on various after biometrics - nothing since on the I-751 though. Last one to have a touch was the fiance visa petition on 17 November 2007.

Our K1 petition that I filed in 2004 was just touched earlier this week. I hope that means they're looking at the I-751 in the context of our entire record. The more evidence they review, the better our case looks.
