I find myself in a strange situation. I am a US citizen. In June of this year, I applied for a UK fiance visa to marrying a UK citizen in the UK. After purchasing the visa and having it placed in my passport, placing my things in storage, moving over to the UK, giving notice of marriage and making an appointment at the local registry office...my English fiance got cold feet and decided the did not want to marry me after all. I had moved to the UK in July and returned to the US in September.

Through a strange series of events, I have met another Englishman and we are already wondering, if things progress well, if I would be eligible to apply for another UK fiance visa to marry a different Englishman.

Does anyone know if there is a restriction on how soon one can apply for another UK fiance visa? Am I likely to be denied a second application?

Thanks for any information anyone can offer.

No idea but I would go "try the shoe on and see if it fits" on the new one also.
