I believe it varies according to the delivery poin. I couldn't access the US Embassy Manila site right now but I believe it varies from US$30-60. Just google the embassy site a little later and it should be back up.

no its not that expensive. as roy and yazi said, its the least expensive parts of the process. it only varies from 165php to 200php

Yes, it varies on locations where the visa should be delivered. Think I paid P225 and I have it delivered where I live back then. (Dasmariñas, Cavite)
